Is it safe to pay upfront on Candi Pops?

Yes, that’s right! During checkout, your actual payment transaction will be made with our partner Payment Gateway – Stripe or Paypal. These are secure and well-established payment gateways, widely used by various businesses across the US. Candi Pops does not capture, process or store any sensitive information.

How can I pay when checking out with a Prepaid order?

Our Payment Gateway partners accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, American Express), Netbanking and Wallet.

What is the normal process for a Prepaid order?

After completing your transaction on the Payment Gateway, you will arrive at the Thank You page on Candi Pops confirming that your order was successful.

Additionally, you will also receive an email with your order information and confirmation. Your order will then be processed and dispatched from our offices

An error occurred while completing payment and the amount was debited from my account/card. Help!?

Do not worry! In rare cases, the transaction may fail due to network issues between the Payment Gateway and your bank or card operator. This can also happen if the Payment Gateway also has a high transaction volume.

Your money is completely safe and will be transferred to us or refunded to you by your bank.

What happens if Candi Pops receives payment after a transaction error occurs?

Our customer team will reconcile received payments and will process your order manually the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email when this happens.

Should I place another order in case the first payment fails?
